ALL STUDENTS FOLLOWING THE BVSc CURRICULUM 2020 (FIVE-YEAR)
CALCULATION OF GRADES, GRADE POINT VALUES AND GRADE POINT AVERAGE
The following information relevant to students following the 2020 BVSc curriculum are available in the document posted here:
- The cut-off marks used for award of grades for examinations and the relevant Grade Point Value (GPV) for each grade
- The method of calculating the Grade Point Average at the end of each semester, based on the GPV for all courses within the semester
- The procedure to be followed in case of students sitting for repeat examinations
This applies to all students following the five-year BVSc curriculum which commenced in 2020 (Batch 2018/ 2019 and all batches thereafter).
